Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of fine art prints, all artworks are printed on demand and made specifically for each order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, aesthetic preference, or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@noiréart.com with photos of the issue.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you may request a cancellation within 14 days only if the item has not yet entered production.
Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled or returned.
Refunds
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
